Pretty much.

So, basically what You're saying is that we're all going the end up like this?

"It's the Rift. The Crystal Cove Oculus Rift that we added to the personal computers. It was supposed to entertain the population, weed out boredom. Well, it works. The people here stopped watching TV. And then they stopped everything else. They stopped going to work, they stopped breeding, talking, eating. There's 30

They would have gotten wrecked the same way Microsoft did, lol. Smart of them to prioritize for their core consumers and then broaden outwards from there like they're doing now. Seems to be paying off in sales already.

Another brilliant mind.

It's not in before, it's inb4. Jesus.

The tuna cans will actually sound better then Beats headphones. More bass doesnt equal better sound. Its a shame the general population doesnt realize that.

Hate to be a downer, but it looks a little too good to be true. Hopefully I'm wrong!

All this guy did was save pictures of a thread on /v/ from last night, and you made it an article.

You're doing the Lord's work, Kotaku. Which is to say, nothing.

While I can respect the effort he put into it, honestly this just makes me cringe. It's less a case mod than a mess, and not something I'd particularly want to see on a computer I was going to use, it's certainly not practical or advantageous.

I do hope that keyboard is just for looks, also part of the screen is blocked -.- awesome work but....no

Not really a "case mod", in my opinion.

That's sarcastic, right? Any console controller can work on PC, and PC does have dual analog gamepads...

yeah those models...nothing more than a few triangles put together and those textures, just a few strokes, everyone can do that.

Ignorance, ignorance everywhere...

Great breakdown, professor.

Considering most of the commenters like you never once opened up Blender and assume it's easy to render detailed, large-scale airships or even basic level assets and the comments should sound like this. 9 commenters should be able to come to the same conclusion in 15 minutes but I doubt they ever got past Intro to CS

Unfortunately probably never. The controls are way too in-depth for a controller. That and it will be incredibly buggy and in constant iteration for a long, long time.
