Yeah, those are roach carcasses. Roaches are longer and more elliptically shaped than bedbugs. Bedbugs are more of a squashed oval shape and fairly flat. Roaches are also brownish black and bedbugs are reddish brown.

I loved He-Man growing up and for all the overall cheesiness of the show, Evil Lynn truly was the one of the villain characters who wasn't that buffoonish or cartoony.
