Being from Plaquemines Parish, I can totally second this. I would also say the piece of shit Belle Chasse bridge / tunnel is pretty bad. I can't tell you the number of times, that I've actually had to back down the Belle Chasse bridge because it broke in the up position......during rush hour traffic.
