I have MY2015 GTI with 97k miles and the clutch is still going strong. It is engaging noticeably higher than it used to but it’s probably far from slipping. The torque on GTIs is a bit too high for that clutch and any ECU mods that boost the torque figures will only accelerate the clutch’s demise. Hence why mine is…
