“Wagon.”

+1 for Racer. I actually HAVE crashed in my Racer gloves and love showing people the huge gouges in the plastic palm sliders. That could have been my hand!

I wonder if the 18” wheels from the ST would fit over the RS brakes. Also: No mudflap option? Boo...

What does spark timing have to do with dieseling? Dieseling is caused by detonation of the fuel from compression while the ignition circuit is turned off.

My grandma went through 3 1st-gen RX-7’s when I was growing up. She’d drive one until the apex seals went, then buy another. She loved the 1st gen so much she bought her 3rd one used well after they had quit making RX-7’s. The 3rd one lasted into the 2000’s then was wrecked by a drunk driver :(

I am in the market for a medium duty tow rig and was disappointed to find out you cannot get the Air Ride with the Diesel unless you step alllll the way up to the Limited. :(

I fail to see the genius in disguising your tool box as a gerry can. You are disguising something that is susceptible to theft as something that is susceptible to theft.

I, too, am wondering if it actually was Chris' idea for /Drive to go paywall.

It doesn't sound so terrible in person. The chatter and spin of a dry clutch is a glorious and iconic staple of Ducati-ness. Unfortunately, they went extinct with the 1198. It's understandable. Dry clutches are noisier, have a heavier pull, and don't last as long as wet. But sad to see them go nonetheless.

Tonered, I think you were right the first time. The Scrambler does appear use the 796 motor. The Monster 796 is powered by the 2v Desmodue which, to my knowledge, has always been air/oil cooled.

Been there.

In related news, a similar petition has been created for 2010 Ford Mustang owners.

Dooon't get a Spyder. They are horrible, overpriced, imposters. 3 wheels BAD. Also, if you've ever counter-steered a snowmobile, then counter-steering a motorcycle will feel much more natural than trying to hang onto a Spyder in corner.

what legal reasons???

That looks sooooo dangerous.

10/10 would buy (with a manual)

Great another Jalopnik article inflating NA Miata values. Now I'll never afford one.
