I clarified to another poster that when I meant to type, “MANY” I wasn’t paying attention and typed,l “MOST” I have explained this, apologized for this, and honestly am shocked by how aggressive you are all being.

Thank you. Some extremely hostile and aggressive commentors on here are attacking me for saying this. Sometimes the worst misogynists are women themselves.

http://www.prevention.com/health-conditi… Nearly every page devoted to BV includes possible causation as a recent IUD implantation. I am not really sure why everyone is aggressively attacking me on the subject.

It made me dry, but boy did it cure me! I never had BV before my IUD and I never had it after it’s removal. I have friends that love theirs, but sadly it doesn’t work for everyone. There are a lot of women commenting on here that are taking my aversions to IUDs VERY personally and are acting hostile. It is such a

No, I did not have an infection at the time of insertion. Are you a doctor? Are you a Nurse? There are MANY studies linking BV to iud insertion. My own nurse told me that it was a side effect. I have no fucking clue why so many women are on here just poised, prime, thirsty, ready to discount the experiences of other

We all did Boric acid! It was the ONLY thing that saved us!

Is that true?!? I am really scared of getting my tubes tied :( :( :(

I really wanted to try the copper IUD, but after my irritated urethra issues, I decided that no LARC would work for me. Luckily my fiance is getting a vasectomy as my wedding gift, so I can finally trash the condoms. I had to stop taking ortho because it was giving me panic attacks. At the rate these commentors are

I am not really sure my greyed comment is going to send the entire IUD industry into a tailspin. My RN told me that MANY women get BV, and because I am working, and not paying attention, I wrote MOST.

We must have a different google then! I very easily found a study that said it was more prevalent with the IUD.

The one good thing I can say about the IUD was how shocked I was at the mild recovering process. I had periods that were way worse than the post IUD cramps. You can do it!
