Depending on how old you are, I would be super turned off by that. Nothing short of, "Darling I can't wait to marry you some day" is bullshit and cruel. If you LIVE with them and have been together for 2 years there is literally no further preparation needed. At the very least, he is charming no one with that

A birthday present to me would be any of my friends dumping the ever loving shit out of their cheating douche boyfriend. No amount of perfume, books or lip colors in the world would amount to that gift. DTMF!!!!!!

It probably isn't! My skin gets used to OTC retinol fast. I only still use the skin ceuticals one (which is super overpriced) because I paid for it and want to give my skin a break from the hardcore retin-a. Once I run out, I'll go back to using CE ferulic every other day. I actually just updated my retin-a dosage.

I don't use them together necessarily, but kind of in tandem. In getting acclimated to the prescription retin-a, I really liked building my tolerance with an OTC retinol and then slowly introducing 0.05% retin-a cream. Now what I do is 3 nights a week of prescription and 3 of the otc skin ceuticals with one night of

She blamed the patriarchy for cherry picking their favorite parts of each sect of women and feeling entitled to that all making up one woman. Fixed it for you.

Oh and make sure you tell your doctor you have painful cystic acne that is starting to come back. Then you don't need a referral!

It also has a completely different PH than anything over the counter . For instance, I use 0.05 prescription retin-a. 1% skin ceuticals retinol cream is like half n half on my skin in comparison because of the ph levels. Those both effective lovely products!

Retin-A from your doctor. 10 bucks for a 3 month supply. Doesn't get more cheap and anti-aging than that. Oh and the best part is that it's one of the few products proven to actually work. Get yourself a solid sunscreen, a light pm moisturizer (cerave is my fave) and you're set.

Counterpoint: I would never wear sweatpants around my fiance. Leggings or cute lil jogging shorts are just as comfortable and not as shleppy. As a feminist, I find nothing wrong with wanting to be hot on the daily for my man.

I dunno. I am getting married and only have 5 grand to spend. It's not as if I am smugly congratulating myself-every vendor is making me feel like white trash for not spending 3 grand on flowers and I can only afford to have 60 people max. Having big expensive weddings simply isn't that interesting. You can,

Um, isn't that the entirety of the knot? I only have 5 grand to spend on my wedding and pinterest/knot brides are making me feel like shit for not being able to afford a photo booth. It goes both ways.

Best cleanser ever made

I can only use the cetaphil gel wash. I oil cleanse now, but the sensitive skin wash didn't work for me.

How do you use those sponges? Always wondered!

Uh! Some of the MAC ladies LOOK like Eddie Izzard is literally their inspiration. MAC is very, very, very heavy handed with their makeup. For a natural look by a professional, I would think Laura Mercier or Bobbi Brown as a safer bet.

And it looks freaky in photos!

I even have to wash my hands after using coconut oil on my body because if it touches my face BOOM, cystic zit.

Me too. It gave me the under the skin zit of a lifetime that ruined christmas. Josie Maran Argan Oil Cleanser on the other hand really did it for me and have said glowing, pimple free skin as a result. Too bad one of these things is way more expensive than the other -_-

I really feel like all companies had leftover scraps and were like, "Hmmmmmmm how do we gouge further????"

Dark Circles: Touche Eclat, to me, was pure crap. It most certainly did not blend in with my skin, rubbed off like crazy, looked unnatural in photos and never quite blended in with my face. I have always thought this product in particular to be the dupe of the century. I have had much better luck with an eye
