Moral:
Stay away from hipster bars.

It sounds like you got the hipster service, and the hipster response from the manager. Fuck hipsters and their dismissive bullshit. What kind of service could we possibly expect from people who only ever do anything ironically? The waitperson was likely laughing with the manager

Listen, pro tip of all pro tips, DO NOT SPEED IN VA.

People want to get through Ohio as fast as possible.

In an ideal world, the manager would just come out and say "yup, totally having sex with her." And then you'd both just silently nod.

Bad news, friend. You picked the only country fatter than the US.

I think it's far more disturbing that you have to pay a premium to buy BREAD without HFCS in it. It's enough to make someone move to fucking Mexico.

it's always funny having white Americans being against minorities seeing as we stole every bit of this land

You mean our energy use comes from immigrants, who use 1/7th as much energy per capita as Americans?

This is why SCOTUS should have term limits.

Starred for Lost Planet 2. I loved the hell out of that game. I still actually play it. It's my alternate monster hunter for PC. I love fighting the giant monsters. I also actually enjoyed the story... it wasn't perfect, but I liked it.

"Aloe in the Dark" got a good laugh out of me! Its like trying to treat burns in an unlit room.

But not the game as a whole, one aspect of this mediocre game is actually better than most other games in the same genre.

This game has survived recurring visits from me, usually with a satisfying 're-education' period. However, it just isn't up for discussion here in Ireland. It's either unknown, or accidentally stumbled upon with a confused grimace.

Dragon's Dogma was a flawless game to me. I have never and will never enjoy a new IP more than this. My heart was broken when the internet said nope. Kotaku's review of DD was when I stopped caring about Kotaku's reviews, because in the video that went with DD:DA, the guy was literally playing it wrong and complaining

Child of Eden had a bit of a following, but that game was so incredible to me and I think a great deal of people write it off because of Kinect hate which, while warranted when it comes to its gaming library, is no where near as terrible as people say it is.

SaGa Frontier - I admit its not the best RPG out there, but it holds a special place in my heart

No, but that's the stuff I wear every day, so I'm good.

Let me give a brief history:

"I was having a conversation with this guy about a book I'd written on sex in games," she says. "There was nothing between us but, midway through the conversation he moved his coat to the side and there was… a bit of wood there." The man pointed to his erection and asked Romero what he should do with it.

Now playing

Romero spent the next twenty years at Sir Tech. In 1987 she met John Romero, the co-creator of the seminal first person shooter Doom and the man who, twenty-five years later, she would marry. Her trajectory from a working class family in an isolated dairy town to the upper echelons of contemporary game development
