In contrast my mom's ex35 ( and her old odessey) and both my Subaru's have been tanks (save for the condensation in my brz tail lamp). I about that Mercedes is making solid cars…

I'm praying that this happens, though I want Subaru to do this... I love the styling of my BRZ more than the Scion.

If it was my wife and kid in the car I would have run over every single person attacking my car. I'm sure many of the riders are regular people and not violent. But the attackers would have gotten the 4500lb British treatment from me...

No, you can tell he was steering when his fronts locked up. He simply came into that turn too hot... This doesn't have to do with the configuration, it was down to driver error. Glad they came out alright.
