for real.  And people that do have money and jobs are scared to spend it.  We are always told to buy reliable cars and drive them into the ground.  Right now when there is so much uncertainty, people are not going to spend on things they dont need.  I hope this changes how we buy cars though.

Not really ironic, this is what should happen.  Supply and Demand.  Just might be the first time we actually see gas stations adhereing to this.

First: having worked as an auto salesman, dealers will resist the forces of supply and demand as long as they can. They have lots of money in cars that they bought to build up inventory only to see market prices fall now.

Should we really look at this like it is just BMW?  I can’t blame them for making things people will buy.  We should really be blasting the people who are willing to spend money on Coupe SUVs.

You should be ashamed of this take.  Nintendo never constrained supply.  Look at the numbers, the Wii and Switch both sold in record numbers when they came out and still could not keep up.

I will take Rechargeable batteries each time.  Having my PS4 controller die on my is so damn annoying and yes you can plug it in, but i like to leave my controllers on my coffee table with no wires and just have my eneloops charging on a socket nearby.

Something about FCA vehicles, even with nicer materials, they still manage to look cheap

I am hoping some of kind revolution in how cars are purchased comes about.  A lot of dealerships will not be able to survive this and we may finally start to see a decline in the sleazy car salesman.

This is what I do, whether I buy a car or lease. Have the full amount of the payments in a separate account and set up auto payments.  I act as if the money is gone but also as if I don’t have a car payment.  Use 0% financing correctly!

Thing is that corporations do employ a lot of people, and it is not two weeks, it is prepping for the worst case scenario. Unlike people, companies can disappear from not bringing in cash. We can help each other, hopefully someone doesn’t die from losing a job, but the companies do.
