@TremulousCadenceSlow: Can you imagine? I'm sure she'd bring "meeting mom for lunch" or "going shopping with mom" to a whole new level.

Yoko Ono should live forever. Wonder if she'd adopt me.
Alright I am not a fan of Kim Kardashian, but I dig what she said. More celebs (aka role models whether they want to be, or they realize it or not) need to take public stances that speak to kids.
@LulutheFishGirl: Bingo!
I was doing hair when the Rachel was popular. Believe me, Jen, we hated it just as much or more than you did because, of course, it was our fault when they didn't look exactly like Rachel when they left.
@MizSpunkSplatter: And I luffed the lip gloss moment.
Yeah I thought he was rather brilliant myself stuck in a room full of people who take themselves entirely too seriously evidently.
This year's awards were just a bore. Aside from Ricky Gervais, whom I doubt will be invited back, (shame that) and RDJ's presenting, I'd say the whole thing was a massive bore.
Not feeling Annette's hair. At all.
Soooooo disappointed with Sandra's look. The dress is not her color and her hair makes her look like Elvira. Awful.
Love Olivia's dress. I love sparkly and would do sparkly if I were ever to attend the Globes or Oscars, etc. Kudos to Kyra for being unafraid of color.
Catherine Zeta Jones' dress is one of my favorite of the evening. Positively radiant. The woman does emerald green like no other.
@thegoddesscher: Totally agree with the assessment of Aguilera. Her extensions were all weird and fuzzy and that dress is like something Dolly Parton would have worn in the 70s. She's looked better.
Stunning. From the neck up. I love the hair net thing. But the dress? : P
Christina's dress is amazing, but her hair is awful. Because of the left shoulder of the dress her hair should have been in an updo. It's destroying the left side of her hair and her hair detracts from the dress rather than complementing it.
@FearlessReader: I think the dress is fine - the glittery rose thing was like wtf?
@plurabel: Nope. I think it's lovely and very light and femme. Although I really hated seeing her pull the bodice up at the podium.
@Lindie: Agree about Kayley's dress.
The old peen joke had me rolling. It was the gagging. God bless Ricky Gervais.
@nobodyr: can't be much worse than his mugshot can it?
