Shouldn't you have posted Mr. Peanut?
Honestly, probably one of the better cars for this task. That W12 would provide effortless power, too. Idk how well it would hold up over all that driving though.... our old A8 was terribly unreliable.
Truthfully, I do lot of the first. But I do WAAAAAY more of the last.
Japanese people have a thing for dinosaur-shaped things coming up out of the water.

Mmmmm.
Absodamnlutely. Sunroof FTW.
"Turn a Beetle into a Porsche 356? How hard can it be?"
Not too expensive for Top Gear, apparently...
Its really a shame the 430 isn't a prettier car. Great shot.
I think I read that in AMERICA (The Book).
"Awesome. Great story again, dad."
Having "a crisis."
Exactly... I imagined this was the result of a conversation like: "My job is so hard! I have to slave all day long, and you just sit on your ass and drive around!"
They even called the 3-Series "the best in the world" .... what a bunch of idiots. Well I guess I should buy a 3-series then since its so great!
The top speed runs on that bumpy track were particularly exhilarating to watch. Having maxed out my 20-year-old Volvo (115mph!) on a smooth road, I genuinely felt their fear driving those cars that fast on a track that rough and infamous. Especially Hammond, with his four matching brand name tires. LOL
YES. The first one, the one where they drove a Ford GT, an F430, and a Zonda to the big bridge in the South of France, is one of my all-time favorite Top Gear eps. Its a go-to for introducing people to the show.
