The show isn't even close to finishing so who's to say the continuity of irrelevant? It could all mean something in the end. And, for comparisons sake, kill la kill has far more juvenile humor and only started getting good recently, and that's a show I know you enjoyed from the beginning. I think Dandy might surprise…
What's currently ongoing is what makes it the best. The chimera ant arc is unlike anything I've ever seen in anime. It's great.
Thanks for the response. I knew about the differences between P and I, just didn't know that black bars in gaming meant less pixels. Good to know.
No, no. I love me some Jojo. I mean that Richard won't put it on his list cause of shit taste and the likes. :)
It gets superbly better by episode 2. It's still my favorite episode so far.
Seriously, episode 4 was so smart in how it takes the cliche zombie story and puts a spin on it unlike anything I've seen before, all culminating with "directed by George a Romero." That is comedy gold. Episode 6 had that amazing gag at the end. I don't get how fans of anime don't get the show. It's great.
But the resolution is still going to be 1080p, isn't it? Just like movies at 2:40:1 and 16:9 are still 1080p. Unless it's completely different for gaming.
HunterxHunter 2011. This is, without question, the best battle Shonen ever. The art, music, animation, and most importantly, characters are amazing, and we're 116 episodes in, with maybe 30 more before the end of the show. It's truly an amazing story.
I understand that.
And Watch, when Jojo comes out, it won't be in the top five anime you should be watching this season. You know what they say about shit taste. :3
That's the point of the show, to be a low brow, fun comedy. The creator, Shinichiro Watanabe, said so from the start, and I trust that he has an ideal plan for the show. This man delivered Cowboy Bebop and Kids on the Slope. He knows what he's doing.
Why do people think that the aspect ratio is going to affect performance? It's just an aspect ratio.
If you played it on Pc you'd never go back to the console version. It really is striking. Oh, and I just want to clarify that 50hz is a refresh rate, not an fps. They are not correlations.
Then destructoid gave it a 10/10. I'm still going to get it, I loved the first Dckr.
Oh its fine, I just wanted to clear my opinion up a bit. :3
I never said it bothered me, but rather I am confused as to how a clear improvement on the formula that was laid out and enjoyed in XIII-2 is a no. I understand how opinions work, as I stated in the original comment about to each their own and such.
I merely referenced open world because it was a complaint about the first two games, with their linear nature (more so XIII.)
I don't understand how this gets a no. It has an awesome battle system, finally opens up the world, has a timer that is reminiscent of Majoras Mask (though maybe not utilized as brilliantly) and pretty gnarly music. The story is underwhelming, but it's still (mainly, minus the dumb side quests) a blast to play. I've…
