Seriously?

Uh, what? This smells like bullshit to me.

My Chevy Bolt uses about 29Kwh to drive 100 miles.
I pay .25 per Kw to charge at home. That’s $7.25 for 100 miles.

My gas car gets about 22 mpg combined, for 100 miles that’s 4.5 gallons @ $4/gal = $18 in regular gas for 100 miles.

And it’s just a new twist on an old scam.

Should FTX be held responsible for scamming people? Of course they should. But I have zero sympathy for anyone who loses money by investing in crypto, which has been an extremely obvious scam from the beginning. “You give me your real money that you can spend & people want, and I’ll give you some of this fake money.” Y

I feel like if you are moving something like that you need to coordinate with the railroad if a crossing is unavoidable.

Probably the only people buying are those wanting to resell them for a profit.

On one hand there are definitely enough fools who are all too happy to part with their money for anything Trump attaches his name to, but on the other it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if the release went over like a fart in church and they’re just lying about it.

Each of these fucking goddamned slides is complaining about the same thing and it’s not NFTs: it’s that Trump is once again going on his own and ignoring the Rebulican talking points. China, Russia, Inflation, Culture war at home. All of them are mad that Trump is diverting their propaganda.

Can’t wait for the Musk fanboys to start claiming that this doesn’t count as censorship because posting this publicly available information is actually an invasion of privacy or doxxing or some other dumb shit like that.

I don’t care if they raise the price of Disney+ a couple bucks or whatever, but when i pay several thousand dollars to go and stay at Disneyworld, then get nickle and dimed to death inside and have to pay a bunch of extraneous surcharges, that really drains most of the “magic” from the trip.”

I’m confused as to why it’s “disappointing” that David did the ad. He was paid to make a commercial. Crypto is risky as hell. It’s not an investment, it’s gambling. Sometimes people win, lots of people lose. No one knew FTX was a scam until it all fell apart. Unless there’s more to this story than you are reporting

It’s not freedom of speech they want, it’s freedom from response.

There’s simply no way he could have properly vetted the bloat and overlapping job functions in this short amount of time. Cutting exactly 50% is a shock number with no actual thought, reason, or logic behind it. And while large companies do have some mid-managerial excess, there’s no way it’s half the company. This,

Please, please at least TRY to read the article before deciding that readers needed your input. Don’t jump immediately into the comments with the first half-thought that farts into your brain.

Agreed. Tesla is probably one of the most hated manufacturers here, and they even made the switch in 2015. Mercedes made the switch in 2016. Why did Lexus wait until 2018? Even if some model cars were not refreshed, swapping a simple modem card should not have to wait for a product refresh. Obviously Mercedes was able

Plenty of shows have “stuck the landing” so to speak. You just picked literally the worst three endings I can think of among any genre TV shows in the last 2 decades.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA...AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!

I gained the most respect for her based on her off-screen actions.  I mean the whole Russian press conference alone was gold.

Kunis is vastly overestimating the extent to which anyone actually watched the last seasons of 70s Show. No one remembers that Josh Meyers was brought on to replace Grace and Kutcher, Cousin Oliver-stylee, much less that Jackie dated Fez.

Is AA really claiming those noises are not human-produced, and just weird reverb? After listening, that seems almost impossible. I know humans have a bias to believe some noises are words/groans (ghosts “moaning” stuff in haunted houses, for example), but most of those sounds change pitch quickly, and are so different
