Interesting, they have a 7kw generator in back. When I charge at home, my Bolt draws about 9kw initially, less as it goes on and I can charge it from under 20% to full charge in maybe 5-6 hours. So, it would entirely plausible for an off roader to do the same thing as these guys have by bringing a generator and level

Interesting. We’ve had a few Jeeps over the years. Some with death Weddle and some without. The worst one was a 2000 TJ. The 2005 LJ maybe a bit in the right conditions, 2012 JK none. I kept meaning to replace the front suspension bolts with one of the kits that has shouldered bolts instead of the idiotic full thread

The police here need to do this at Chick fil a locations all over. They put 6 people outside to move the line fast and several even have huge canopies with heat and fans under them to facilitate this. However, the lines are still long enough to snake out into adjacent travel lanes in parking areas or public roads.

I have seen some complaints about the Bolt seats not being good. I have not noticed any issues and wonder if they silently improved them since 2017.I mean, the boosters are not as nice as say my old MINI or Golf Sportwagen but they seem fine to me. It may be a specific thing with certain people too. Some people on

When I test drove the i3 it did not hold the road well. The narrow tires help with resistance I’m sure, but the Bolt handled way better. I mean, I wasn’t expecting handling like my 2004 MINI or a 1M or anything, but I figured as a BMW it would feel better than a Jeep Wrangler. We’ve had several and it was worse even

I seriously considered the i3. They were offering good lease rates for sure, even with the high mileage I would need. But, when I test drive it and took it to 75 it was squirrelly AF on the highway with those pizza cutter tires. The Bolt is WAY more stable. The BMW is a bit more premium inside but it’s definitely

We just bought a Bolt. I’m a home inspector and use it for my business. They were giving stupendous deals for 2019 models. It pretty easily gets the range advertised, 238 miles, unless you drive 70 mph all the time. Most weeks I don’t drive that far and if I have a long day, it will charge overnight no problem. I

there’s one at Imperial Center now. First Saturday of the month. They’ve been paying off duty police to be there to keep things tamped down

This has happened a couple of times in our new Jeep. Both when it was raining heavily. Once, it just sounded the alarm, the other, in relatively slow traffic due to the downpour, it applied full breaking force even though the car in front was like 10 car lengths ahead. Luckily the guy behind me was back far enough.

LOLOLOLOLOL, this is hilarious. I do understand how geology works. It is Musk and his team that thinks soil conditions are just another thing that if they work hard and want it bad enough they can overcome. He’s done some cool stuff, even some amazingly great things, but the move fast and break things attitude will

If you think digging hundreds of kilometer tunnels through varying solid conditions and rock is going to ever be quick and cheap, well, I just don’t know what to tell you. Wish all you want, you can’t get around physics.

Let me know when they do any of those things. For now, they are just using little TBMs instead of bigger ones. That makes for sucky tunnels.

NC was only recently taken over by rural dumbfucks with the ultra conservative crap. While more conservative than some places up north, we used to be regarded as one of the most progressive states in the south and were democratic for years.

Nah, nowadays it sadly seems like we’d sooner put the black dude in Jail for getting in the way of the white guy’s bullets.

The only thing I use it for anymore is a quick, light hit on my cast iron pans when I’m done cleaning them. Then wipe it all over until more of less dry. Keeps the seasoning nice.

Yeah, I’m all in on one. I’m afraid they’re going to Nissan us.

I have a 2017 Sportwagen and did the same. Really nice. I’m a home inspector and need to be able to carry my tools and a folding ladder (plus with the roof bars I have the option for a real ladder if need be) but I want something with a little sportiness. I’d love an R Sportwagen but since they don’t come here, I had

Most of the time the man is the professor but not always. My wife and I met when I was a returning student at 22 and she was a masters student teaching English. I’m about 18 months older and it wasn’t illegal at the time (some states have specific laws now and some don’t). But yes, the seeds definitely were planted

Honestly, if this is true it seems like the kind of thing people should go to jail over.

I mean, it’s a natural process, like all the other natural processes going on with people’s genitals. Excretions, ejaculations, etc. stuff from each other is getting on the other person. Just don’t see why it being a problem personally, but I guess people are different.
