They don’t receive the speed limit. It’s in their database. We often see that it’s wrong in our car due to changes, both up or down. Things are just not accurate enough.

Exactly what I’m afraid of also. Let’s say the police want to engage in some questionable tactics on some group of people. A few clicks on a computer somewhere and now no cars can get in and out of that area. Way fewer people t witness it.

I didn’t get a passport card when I got my passport, but I did global entry a couple years ago and I’ve kept my global entry card in my wallet. Has come in handy a few times as a second form of ID.

Well, it says it can’t have a branded title and one of the examples is if the title is one that says Dismantled. Not sure what states that would apply, but it’s not the same as saying you can’t dismantle it. Now, I suppose they could push it since he obviously can register the car normally I wouldn’t think.
