Zen + Trob is your best bet. Grt Zenyatta to pick up an armor and his shields effectively become armor. Since shields depleted BEFORE armor and armor effects all incomming damage as long as it is active.

But too squishy for anything else, really. Lower HPS than Mercy (30HPS vs 50), orbs have travel time, no self health recovery, no disengage when being jumped on and very low health which gets you killed by a body shot from Widowmaker.

Had a Mercy with 35% revive rate. As in resurrected 35% of all the deaths our team had. Pretty impressive.

I had a Mercy game last night that I don’t think I’ll ever manage to beat. Just flying from character to character whilst healing to avoid all the enemies trying to kill the healer first, and in the end doing 12k healing plus 18 revives, which on at least two occasions prevented defeat.

I’m hoping for novelty bow ties, personally.
