No it doesn't. Maybe to you... Perception is reality I guess? But not all articles that receive both negative and positive comments are clickbait. Clickbait usually refers to the headline of the link you click on to get in the article. Not the content of the article. Not the comments on the article. Want to see

If you consider Kotaku's articles on Destiny... "clickbait", that is on you. No one is making you click it. If you actually read the articles you'd know they serve a purpose other than drive clicks. You clicking on em when you don't like Destiny doesn't make them clickbait.

You're welcome! I also want to add that your write was very well done and a great read on a topic I knew about, but not much. Very informative and a great read.

Keep the Destiny content coming! (Not at the expense of other, more current games though) The clicks the articles get doesn't lie. Wether it is a positive comment or a negative comment, they are still clicking on the article and supposedly reading it... So keep em coming!! I know all the fans of the game, who actually

Not really .... Maybe in 6-10 years we will be looking at next gen... Last gen was 8 years.. And Sony does 10 year cycles on their machines so 9th generation wont be here until 2020-2023.

He is hinting at the difference between third party accessories and first party...

Good write and read. I wouldve like to see the statement that the Panthers are not the only team to finance their stadium via PSLs nor were they the first. It is a common practice.

Refer to my statement on people who think online comments require stringent grammar and spelling annalysis to be valid, or proof of intelligence. The only person who's intellengence I insulted was the kid who called 911 over a video game! And the state of Florida. Not that everyone in FL is dumb... Just that some of

If true = HaHaHaHaHaHaHaaH!

So drunk driving is okay, as long as no one gets hurt. Swatting people is okay as long as no one gets hurt. Ddosing networks is okay as long as no one gets hurt. Not knowing or caring what your child is up to is fine as long as no one gets hurt. Calling 911 over a video game is okay as long as no one gets hurt...

Not really bud. Informal conversation does not have the same stringent requirments of spelling and grammar as a english essay does or a courtroom transcript. Just because someone misuses your instead of you're doesnt mean they don't know the difference. It just means they don't care. And for all you english professors

Okay. So if no one gets hurt it is okay to discharge firearms in public then. Right? By your logic. Illegal is still illegal and if that jursidiction of Flotida has a penalty for misuse of 911 I hope the kid and the parents get it. And someone could've been hurt. It could've been your father having a heart attack

Okay english professor... This is NOT a graded report, it is just a conversation. What is the point of a conversation? For more than one party to communicate information to one or more additional parties. As long as the information and ideas are presented in a way every party involved can understand, that is all that

No one is saying games dont have value... No one is blaming the games, from what ive read, everyone is blaming the parents for having zero clue what their kid is doing and for not teaching him why you call 911 and the possible dangers of calling 911 for a non emergency. At least where i live we have 311 for

Same here. My dad got me a NES in 1989 from a pawn shop when I was two. And got SNES when it came out in 92 and every generation since. I grew up infactuated with games and gaming culture... Yet my parents still parented me, hands on. Video games aren't the problem. It is when video games replace society/the real

Hands off parenting. The best way to parent. *sarcasim*

... I wonder how they were raised... Probably exaxtly like the child (teen) in this story . Hands off parenting without a clue of what their child is up to....

How out of touch does this kid (teenager!) Have to be??? How bad of parenting must he have goten. In my home city doing something like this woyld result in a fine or being taken downtown if not first offense. Wasting citt resources. The parents are responsible for their child so they need to pay the fine and teach

So when will this kids parents have to pay a fine for wasting public services. Albeit no one was deployed but it still is not legal (at least where I am) to call 911 for a nonemergency. Fines and even court if it continues are the penalties. 311 is what nob emergency calls go to. Although their parents don't deserve

No she won't. She will say that terrible accident was a sign from God and God gave her a confused little boy for a reason. Not that she will get the picture that is really being sent that her familys closed mindedness and hamfisting religion in a situation where it has no bearing is what drove their kid to suicide. I
