I'm going to go with the whole "4 door coupe" design mentality that's been going around lately. These car designers deciding that what people want is a four door car that has a roof sloped to look like a coupe such that it is impossible to get anyone five foot anything into the back seat.

I'm going to throw my vote in for the 1994 Dodge Ram. Because up til then, for decades, pickups were just boxes stuck together. That truck made Detroit sit up and go, "Wait, we're allowed to put /character/ into our trucks again?"

Negatives: The menus are appalling, the AI is pants on head stupid, there aren't enough tracks, damage is a joke, the single player career is completely disjointed, the soundtrack is terrible, used cars are nice, but not being able to get ahold of the car I need, when I need it, is just stupid, loading takes forever…
