Imo: you should eventually play and beat og dark souls. That being said if you are playing it for the multiplayer aspect i would definitely just play it later and skip to dark souls 3.

Dragon Age is a good game on its own, I don’t know if I’m invested enough in the universe/characters to really care about a tactics game like that. Crashlands has been on my wishlist on steam but I was going to pass on it because I’m kind of Don’t Starve/Diablo’d out as far as gaming goes, but after reading this I’m definitely buying it when I get home today.
