Sure seems great for our country to not be able to export a product, while simultaneously not being able to receive tax revenue from the same product sold within our own borders.

I guess the ends justify the means then, since that was one of the more entertaining segments of the entire show.
Goddamn this is accurate. And comments otherwise fall under this category/template:
How is an irrational concept is worth a $1 billion factory and $335 in taxpayer incentives so far?
Gorgeous and unique; I’d love to scoop one of these up. Would be curious to see data on how many of these are on the road right now (and where).
Passport radar detector is even lower now, down to $316. Have it in my cart, just debating on whether to buy.

This unfortunately extends to pretty much any item with an asking price of over $200. I’m currently selling a pair of speakers for around that, and was going back and forth with a potential buyer with additional info and pictures until I finally just told him to look elsewhere. A good feeling indeed, but I can’t help…
Ah, the old “don’t vote” argument. I feel like I’ve seen this somewhere...
Clarkson’s Town Car review is pretty scathing, not to mention unbelievably entertaining.
There are two of these in the DC/MD/VA area, I am so tempted to jump on one. Even having owned an S60 (‘04 from the Ford ownership era) and experiencing some of the nightmare electrical and other issues associated with it dissuades me.
I’ve never heard this term before
What’s the point of the name change - are they aligning the nomenclature with their SUVs because there will be four different cars in the SL line? Also, this may just be internet fodder that never went away but I thought the “K” was for the German word for “small” (whatever that is; too lazy to search), making this…
Seriously? These articles are purely for entertainment purposes. If you’re dumb enough to actually get into a car like this without adequate finances, you probably would’ve done it anyway. I don’t think Tavarish is actually pushing anyone over the edge with these writeups. “Predatory advertising” is a bit of…
Everyone bitches about how lobbyists are ruining America until it’s their special interest that benefits. Case in point here.
I’d never really noticed the prominent placement of that warning label until then. Kinda goofy.
I think the ideal balance is somewhere between “embracing failure” and creating an environment of fear where it’s deemed wholly unacceptable. With stockholders a part of the discussion, leaning heavily towards the former will often get you in more trouble than the latter.
Love the juxtaposition here from your comments. You are such a hypocrite. You complain about someone’s profane language, but used that exact same word in a post EARLIER IN THE DAY.
Woah woah woah, “bastard”? Can we please have a civilized dialogue without all the fucking cursing?
It’s fuckin better
This myth just won’t go away. If cops have probable cause (anything from expired tags to your car smelling like bud) they can search your car, which includes everything. If you won’t open any interior compartment that’s locked they’ll just break that shit open.
