This is just stupid. There is something great about using cash. The smell of it, the feel of it. I use cash for everything. I will not use my debit card for security reasons and I avoid using credit cards since when I do I tend to overspend. I take out the cash I need for a week and use only cash.

Criminals and the black market don’t pay taxes anyway. How is this going to crack down on the sale of black market cigarettes?
