Yes, I've cooked it this way 4 times so far this month. I know it looks like a small amount, but it's enough, and coconut flour is expensive, well here anyways.
You see, I though that 3tbspoons wasn't enough at first as I'd cooked before with at least 6. But having tried just 3, it works fine. I could use double, but coconut flour is not cheap. The tin is only a small basic one, see pic:

3tbsp of coconut flour, 1tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 drop of vanilla extract, 6 eggs and 2 tbsp's of honey.
