Which is my point; that this is a disciplinary matter best handled by NCOs and officers at the platoon and company level. A friend of mine did this successfully when he was a senior platoon NCO with his men. If it can work for him it can work elsewhere it just takes leadership.

The day may come when recruits will have to surrender access to their social media to their officers or senior NCOs prior to joining a unit.
