As a huge LeCarre fan I’m enjoying this new treatment. The film was OK but for the terrible miss-cast lead but there is nothing like a multi-hour mini series to give the novel it’s proper showcase. Le Carre must be happy with it I’m sure knowing his feelings on how Hollywood screwed up this the first go round.
