I would but I never said that so maybe try reading again?

1) you use the term corporal punishment which can encompass both things that clearly you and I agree need distinction. (that's the point)

1) there is a huge difference between spanking and child abuse.

Being that most older people did get beat whether it were at home or at school by a teacher/nun/priest there has to be plenty of people who did turn out fine and did stop the cycle of abuse. Your argument although catchy actually doesn't hold much water.

I can't even with this comment. You either really don't know anything about football or just didn't watch the game. He makes several diving catches 1 in particular that would be on sports centers top plays any week of the year. Is it because he's white that his 209 yards weren't spectacular, because I can't think of

Yeah he just tripped fell and landed on a 200 yard receiving day...

Never before was this so utterly appropriate.

Thank you! I received a lot of hate for voicing my opinion on this and maybe it's because I wasn't able to get my point across as clearly as I think you just did. If you've ever been in the situation or been close enough to be effected by it personally you understand, but for people who haven't experienced how

I've been that guy before. The second you even grab the girl by the wrists or put your hands on her everyone looks at you like an animal. It doesn't matter that you got punched in the face 4-5 times before you tried to make her stop, you are a scumbag they will call the cops on YOU for grabbing her by the wrists and

I know was it the "It's not OK for anybody to hit anybody." remark that gave me away?

Are you fucking kidding me? I'm supposed to be able to see a spit in this? Eat my asshole.

Yeah and that's great that you can do that, it's great that I can do that too, but in the event you are a woman who's dating a man who can't do that it's ALWAYS a good idea to not hit ANYONE whether they be man or woman. I'm not defending Ray Rice I'm defending what Stephen A had to say about this because his point

You do see her smack him before they even go into the elevator. Then it's hard to tell what happens if she hits him or he hits her but he backs away and she clearly is going after him when he hits her with the knockout. Of course that doesn't make any of this OK but it does make what Stephen A. Smith said relevant.

No it's not all about us, where white people choose to live clearly is all about black people.

I'm no mathematician or anything but are we going to ignore the fact that black people and white people should probably both make more black/white friends? I mean speaking percentage wise isn't that the same exact thing? And while you're at it black people can you make at least 1 Asian friend! They aren't all like the

Haha Jets fans always need to have a sense of humor +1

Not condoning this officers actions but the video appears to be taken by someone trying to instigate a response from the officer. I would be interested to know what led up to this exchange because as I said he appears to be instigating... he keeps yelling at him to put his gun down long after the officer both puts his

Yeah I'm just pointing out how the medias agenda does play a large role in this sort of thing. I'm not suggesting that it's not racism and that racism doesn't play it's part just that the media plays to an audience, it's political, and they aren't above switching teams whenever it will make it more click worthy.

This does happens both ways and I think it has more to do with the media trying to get clicks or sell papers than racism sometimes. Travon Martin for example they used pictures that were several years old that portrayed him as a much younger kid, in contrast to pictures of George Zimmerman wearing a prison jumpsuit

Not for nothing but that movie does not hold up. I disagree on the Dark Knight there were some great scenes the first one of the movie sticking out to me as a great scene...
