Unemployment plays a role I bet. We have pretty low unemployment rates even when you compare to other Texas cities. Also there is a lot of traffic in MoPac when I drive to work and back but even with all the traffick my commute is 25 min. I lived in NYC for most of my 20s and it took me 50 min to get to work in lucky

I live in Austin, too, and was expecting it to be on this list when I saw "commute time" as a factor. I just picked up the Austin Chronicle that outlined how/why congestion will lead to 3-hour commutes through I35 in 10 years. lololol

I have every right to believe that all food is poisonous. I even have the right to not eat until it kills me. I do not, however, have the right to starve my children because of my beliefs. Why the fuck should the vaccine 'debate' be any different?

Yes. One of the OW ladies made a good defense as to why the church leadership was out of line on this, using policy, theology, and standards of the church. http://ordainwomen.org/wp-content/upl…

Yes, but that was the premise of the Ordain Women movement. They basically were pushing the prophet to take the time to actually pray on behalf of the whole church and ask God if this whole policy was still in place or if it could change like the racist issues of the past and polygamy. They wanted him to pray and

I think these kinds of regular client relationships are fairly common. Chances are, for both prostitute and client, that you would come across someone compatible, likeable that you would want to see regularly.

They have what is called sock for the men - its more like a bag, and a patch for the women - they call it a knicker sticker (it goes over where you would expect it to). They also will put a pad in between the actors when they are on top of each other like that.

"I voted for a girl and I liked it."

Business casual sex is a grey area though.

From my experience, trying to prove that the guy couldn't have done it and that it was some other mystery man. When that fails, arguing that he is incapable of telling the truth because he is brainwashed by his religion and immigrant community into thinking that blond hair is a sexual provocation and drunk girls are

Man do I hate 'welp,' but it's clearly become far too ingrained to just fade away. Sigh.

I think in reality they all have to remain as acceptable legal defence strategies, because they could all be the truth, and arguing truthful innocence has to be a valid defence.

Defences to an accusation of rape basically come down to:

I hate the word "Welp"

Why are people saying Hillary "smeared" the victim? She wrote, "I have been informed that..." Looks like reporting of received information. Hillary did not say, "It is my opinion that..."

It's questions like those that make me glad I'm not a lawyer.
