That would be a huge improvement around here. I’ve never seen so many creepy-ass looking old Chevy/GMC/Ford/Dodge conversion vans selling ice cream as I do in the St. Louis area.

I feel your pain.
Throughout my engineering career, I’ve had to straddle the life of imperial and metric.
US factories all use imperial, BUT, some will use metric.
Many Mexican factories near the border will also use imperial, but their suppliers use metric.
All our Asian and EU suppliers use metric.
