No problem. I actually don't mind DA combat. I mean it's not turn based but it's still slow enough for me to be able to do what I want, when I want it. Here, not so much.

To this day, I still think that the combat should have been strictly turn based. Like Fallout 1 and 2 or the new Divinity. DnD is in the end a turn based game, I don't think the rules survived the transfer into this "whatever they call it" system as well as other would have me believe. It's just a really fast mess.

I don't know how buggy it is now, what I know however that at the time they released the BG2 EE, the first one was still a buggy mess. So I never finished it and never bought the second one. So I have no problems believing that the second one is buggy even now.

Not if the only things it does is charge your 3DS. I bet you can set it up like that easily.

Maybe not the only one. Weren't there like three RPGs released at the end of it's life cycle? And no, I'm not really what you'd call a Nintendo fan. I could see myself playing Metroid, but that's it (not Prime mind you).
