with new 52 reboot in 2011, JSA and JL universes once again got separated, Allan Scott, Jay Garrick and the rest are all staring in the comic called "Earth 2", it's not perfect but it's a solid comic, and compared to some of their recent work it's gold =P

well dr. Fate is a part of different universe now, so i left him out, but in terms of power i think he's more powerful than zatanna, don't know about faust though
