I seem to remember that in Japan most artists tend to retain the copyright on their creations. Not sure about the differences with the various media, but, for example, Takahashi Rumiko is the actual copyright holder of her creations so...

I’ll take the worst from TNG first two seasons over any Disco episode hands down and smiling. Even the abysmal “african planet” one.

And she has this “dramatic” whisper for every single line she delivers... for fuck’s sake add a couple of registers to your delivery!! It’s so forced in every single scene.

But you have to actually read the actual novels to get to that part... something I really doubt was done for this adaptation. ;)

Going Postal is fairly good and Hogfather is nice and goes down well. Not a fan of the others, but still waaay better than what this one looks like.

In Rising Steam you can see how the illness was affecting Sir Terry since the dialogues and characters were all over the place. It felt disconnected and hollow... I think I cried reading it and the last Vimes novel (the one were Vimes goes super-powered... not really recalling the title now).

I think Batman Arkham Knight was pulled even from PC because it was a disaster when released.

So... AJ conveniently packed up at 4 years old to “study” in a school in another continent (sure, why not), Cyril super spy, Isis (or whatever it’s called now) back again, Archer “useless”... and now Barry redeemed and working with the guys.

Also no mention of AJ at all.. Even for Archer is a bit too much.
