I'm sorry, but an online degree is nothing like an in person degree. It's fine for a few classes like accounting and taking them over the summer, but as a whole degree? No, there's a reason you need to take many important tests like the BAR, SAT, grad school tests, etc. are in person.

HR is a redundant department which essentially is trying more and more to justify its existence... I have always discussed salary with employers and they haven't held that against me...

I do want to say that someone with an insanely low score would strike me as someone with irresponsible borrowing habits. (Unless they had a good reason, such as no credit history.)
