I believe that Microsoft is trying to reach the end-user and help them with their problem, that's good, instead of the usual long phone conversation. This seems like a nice program, only a hindrance is also very clear. One of those hindrances is that JCST is not run in High Priority as default. Now I am aware that you can just open up Task Manager and set JCST as a High Priority, but why not just keep Task Manager open in order to close running applications?
