ZAMN. The one SNES game I own that even as an adult I have never been able to beat. Killer soundtrack and sound design though. I can still hear the Chainsaw Men, and the little Killer Dolls loud and clear in my head

Man, I just started following them like 2 years ago and now it’s all falling apart. I was just thinking last week how sad I’d be if Vinny left, but literally my 3 favorite people on the site all at once is gutting.
this may come as a surprise to everyone but this is terrible news for me to hear.
My first concert was Reel Big Fish, the Mr. T Experience opened for them, and although you don’t hear about either they definitely influenced my musical tastes. It’s so nice to have a little humor in music, and that is a rare quality.
A few months ago they were giving these away if you signed up for a free trial month. I got them, and the service worked well but I didn’t want to PAY for games on top of my subscription fee. Especially since Stadia had far fewer sales, and less deep sales, than other platforms like Origin and Steam.
If Stadia was more…

It’s like people who insist they don’t care about the Kardashians.
This is a tough one. Bridgers is 100% correct about Crosby and Clapton. But she looked like an 80-year-old person chopping wood when she “smashed” her guitar, and it was obviously ironically staged too. I guess on net I don’t need to hear Crosby opine on modern music, so I’ll grant the match to Bridgers.
Possibly unpopular opinion, but while the first two Thor movies were bad, Darcy was the worst part. Especially the second, where they gave Darcy, who was a sidekick, a sidekick. Her scenes were unwatchable, though that describes so much of that film.
I don’t get the Hank Scorpio shoe thing? What’s the debate there? The “Yes, once” thing is a great response to that rhetorical question, though.
I don’t get why 1984. Its as though some studio exec thought since he had fond nostalgia for Gremlins, Sheena and Karate Kid that some of that old movie nostalgia would rub on on WW by simply setting it in the same time period. But nostalgia for 36 year ago only works if you’re over 50.
Fargo. What a fantastic movie.
The hysterical policing of another woman’s hair choices is a good exemplar of why no one takes progressives seriously.
Who gives a shit.
Not sure why they’re called “smart” plugs when there’s really nothing smart about them. Sure, you can control them by way of an app or other device, but the plug itself it pretty dumb and can only be on or off. I digress...
