I don't know about you, but if I'm in war-torn Afghanistan, and that thing was coming at me , I'd be running.
I think MMASpacecadet is correct. Probably to show it's a machine of peace rather than a machine of war.
And when did I sound "upset"? People are so touchy on here, reminds me while I seldom comment.
At what point did I say good equipment makes a good photo? I said countless times that the camera is just a tool, and that good pictures can be taken on anything.
I think you're right. Getting everything into frame how you want it is really what makes the picture. That "makes" the picture. My gripe is that too many people just take pictures, and rely on the filters to "make" it. Certainly there are beautiful pictures on instagram. However without instagram, they'd still be…
Since when do you need a good camera to take a good picture? A camera is a tool.
Why did you even bring up art in the first place? That wasn't even my original argument with it. I said it masks the shortcomings of the photographer.
You don't think it should be? Maybe trying to define it is a little futile, but there are some words I'd prefer to use to define it over others. "Automated" isn't one of them.
It's shallow, at the very least. Art needs to be bold, noble. There is nothing noble about a computer masking a picture with a filter. As I said, a good photo is a good photo, the pictures shown here would all be fine without their filters.
A good photo is a good photo, you don't need filters. Filters are used to mask the shortcomings of the photographer. Instagram sucks.
Exactly what I was thinking.
Until they all meet in your intestines, and snap your pipes shut.
Yeah, like Bluetooth headsets. No one wears those.
Literally just sent an e-mail on gmail before reading this. Working fine for me.
Holy crap, that game was amazing. Thanks for giving me that memory back!
I live in Detroit, really familiar with that area, far from drab. I guess anything that isn't NYC is "drab"
...what games are you playing? I admit most games, especially main stream games, offer a pretty generous minimum spec requirement, however there is no way your games look pretty. I just built an i7 machine, and I definitely do not envy your macbook.
I think it's really strange how fax machine's have managed to cling to life for so long. Whenever I'm looking to buy a printer I always chuckle at the ones that have fax machines built in, however it's not long after that I end up desperately seeking out a friend or relative that possesses a fax machine.
My exact thought, claza.
