They need to move as much stock off the shelves as they can to make more room for Pop Vinyls.

IRL is the worst thing to happen to twitch.
The issue I have with the loot box formula is that they are trying to make us overspend on content we want. In older dlc models, if I wanted the ‘yellow ship’ for example, I would pay $5 and have the yellow ship. With lootboxes, if I want the yellow ship I now pay $5 for a chance to get it. It’s more likely that I…
I’d be good with the circle killing instantly, or after a few seconds, as long as they change the speed of the circles. If they make it so that every circle moves slowly enough to keep up with on foot people shouldn’t lose their minds over it.
You only get 1 piece per crate not the entire set.
It’s less people complaining about the micro-transactions themselves and more it is people complaining about the crate and key system in which you need to spend real money in order to have an RNG chance at getting something that you want with no protection from duplicates.
I don’t have a problem with people owning multiple plots, but I do have a problem with limited housing supply :S SquareEnix need to add more instances of these or something.
It’s been policy for a long time to disallow metal props, or weighted blunt props (ie large wooden swords or bats) at Anime North and Fan Expo. Not sure if this applies to all conventions, but these are the two I normally attend. Realistic looking replica firearms are banned due to Canadian firearm laws, so it would…
No love for Aculite?
If I recall, Bethesda’s stance is generally as long as you aren’t copying or using assets from the other games, they are ok with it. Once you rip the models from the original game. they aren’t as happy.
I’s assume it also has to do with marketing strategies. If ‘non-game-savvy’ grandma or grandpa want to buy a game as a present for their grandchildren’s new ‘Nintendo’, you can bet it’s very unlike that they’d buy a digital code to gift to them.
Seems like it would take less time to just unlock the loot boxes in Overwatch...
I remember being super excited for this game when it came out. I still have the original collectors edition with the personalized Right of Passage Certificate. Then the games comes out, I played for a bit and enjoyed it for the short bit I played, until I went to try and upgrade my gear and had to wade through floor…
You can’t make money with Fanart? The conventions around here are stuffed with hundreds of booths selling their fan art.
“but not a shocking one considering the success of the MMORPG FFXV”
While I’m glad to see more physical releases, it makes me wonder if releasing older indie games that have been around for a long time, and people likely have already purchased either alone or within bundles, is a wise idea. I’m concerned they’ll determine that ‘there is no market for physical copies’ simply because…
That couch looks familiar...
I think you are forgetting about Free Rotation. Each week a selection of champions become free to play for that week for everyone. Even newly released champions make the rotation (about 3 weeks after release if I recall).
I don't know if anyone recalls this, but back in June of last year the developers sought Adult Swim as a publisher to sidestep the Greenlight process.
