If Ryder is their official distributor, they may not be putting a penny up for a deposit. There may be wording in the contract that they will automatically get, for example, 1K trucks for their fleets. That could be included in the total deposits, even though there is not any money being put out by Ryder. 

I am with the others. I can see a lot of the big trucking companies putting down $ 1,500.00 right now in order to be on the list. It is refundable, so they can get it back later if it doesn’t work like promised.

I laughed out loud more times last night that I have probably done in a season’s worth of TG. I loved the Brain Crash segment. Not sure if that will be a recurring theme each week where they attempt to bring a celebrity on and they end up dying. It would be a nice comment on how they can no longer do the old stuff.

Personally, I thought that it was funny and it fits in with how they are always making fun of Americans. Not sure if he is going to be permanent on the show or if he was just on here for the American portion. Maybe, for instance, they will have a “local” driver depending on what country they are in.

Not sure just where you are at, but my wife is a teacher. They don’t require any Masters degree. The only ones getting a Master’s Degree are the ones going into schools as Counselors or Administrators. Also, the starting pay in our area is about $ 45K. 

As a Cowboys fan, I appreciate all of the years that Romo gave us, but the best thing that he could do right now is to announce his retirement after the season. With all of his injuries, he is just tempting fate for another more serious injury.

I totally agree. Some of their best episodes, IMHO were the travel episodes. Honestly, I wouldn’t care if the new show was nothing but travel episodes.

Honestly, everything that I like is in the “Grand Tour.” I enjoy the travel specials and seeing them take cars not made for the trip and try to survive just like in the Africa specials.

I live in the area and I always thought that the dumbest thing that they did when they built the current stadium was to not put a dome on it. Who wants to sit outside and watch a game in August when it is 105 or 110?
