Somewhere during the conversation with an injured veteran who has a service animal with him, wouldn't someone at the dealership think "hmmm....there's probably a reason he brings this animal with him everwhere. Hmmmm....there's actually probably a law about this somewhere. Hmmmm.... giving him a car and vacuuming it

#1 Logic holds unless you're an air cooled 911 owner. Then you're thankful for a dash-mounted oil gauge and you're obsessed about your oil level....all 13 qts of it.

4500psi? God help the guy who's on that bike when a hydraulic line breaks...

The "forward closure assembly push thru test" reminds me of something else..... #giggity

amen. Come to Minnesota brotha. You'd do well here.

I think it was auto wipers...which is kinda even better.

1:14 - the ICICLE coming through the windsheild?! Jesus......

Well, old 911s use cardboard in a number of places...

My wife thought it a good idea to get a salvage rebuilt, 300 BHP, V8 Lexus SC430 from 2002 because it was a good deal and "it's a hard-top convertible!" We live in MN. Her dutiful husband re-rebuilt half of the car properly and it drives great, but guess who gets to drive that thing in snowstorms to get to grad

For what it's worth, Michael, I think you write like a fellow would speak sitting next to me in the garage with a beer in hand. And that, frankly, is why I come here. Keep up the writing as it is much appreciated in any style!

And they mentioned nothing about flame-shooting exhaust...how can they consider this like a jet-fighter. Other than that, I'll take it. In fact they can take my left arm in exchange. Please....take my money...just take it.

What the...? Just.... no. Kill it with fire.

Side note - grease the slides and pins on your calipers when reassembling, but ONLY use brake grease and don't get any on the pads or rotors...be very careful. I used white lithium once...bad move and ='d a new brake job.

I see an arbitrage opportunity. Yes, Fall River pawn shop is a little sketch, but "you show me the title = I show you the money" and the next two things i do are call my upholstery guy and put it on Ebay. Looks like a relatively simple $10k profit. NP

Smart Fortwo. Didn't expect much and was still disappointed. I thought another ice age would set in before the trans found second.

Not rolling. If I remember correctly it's dead flat coming out of that gate.

And give it a little push to check it before you get under there. Again, rocker panel rebuild is cheaper than your life.

Side note, anyone else think Kerry has an uncanny resemblance to Sam the Eagle?

ehhhh....I'd say four. Keith Richards is likely to make it too.

Better nuke it from orbit...only way to be sure.
