Oh yeah, take a look at the video very slowly from 0:49 - 0:54. That is too long and slender for a Camaro or Challenger. I bet that's a first gen MB R230 in white with mirror signal markers.
That looks to me like a first gen Mercedes R230 (2001-2008). That might explain the smaller wheels (non AMG model), and some of the later iterations had a clear turn signal incorporated into the mirror.
