There are a quite a few HD media players on the market right now that are $50-100 that streams video, and more importantly natively and plays divx, xvid, mkv, sub files.

@Batman: The Leaf's battery is made of 48 modules. Each module is replaceable individually, so you don't need to replace the entire battery at once. If one module dies, you can replace that module.

Considering the Chevy Volt is a plug-in hybrid version of the Chevy Cruze; same Delta II platform and same 1.4 liter engine. $41k is a very large price-premium over the $15k Cruze.

Looks likes a custom vinyl wrap to me, not painted on. So he can just peel the it off if he gets tired of it. And the logo is just as easy to replace.
