As a Cetaphil user and well, um, ejaculate producer this will make the next shower a little more awkward.

Lucas has fundamentally unique ideas...even all these years later he approaches Star Wars like a true science-fiction creator. It’s clear he  is still influenced by some of the more trippy concepts authors played around with frequently during the sci-fi heyday of the 50's and 60's (Bester, Clarke, etc). So, I

Only 3 movies went on about a ‘Chosen One’. Remove the prequels, and the Original Trilogy was about the son of a corrupted, talented Jedi Knight bringing his Father back to the Light and subverting the expectations of his mentors. Such a simple but effective and well crafted story. The sequels and prequels have only

Also, the idea of malevolent bacteria controlling the universe is awesome. I just wouldn’t trust Lucas with the concept.

I dont know why everyone is trying to make star wars something more than space dog fights and laser sword battles but whatever I guess.

You know, saying I’m petty for being irritated by his Twitter presence this week (and in general) is fair enough. But brushing off the Amy Winehouse corpse as “Dead celebrities are a thing at Halloween” is a little weird to me?

I really like what Rachel had to say about the whole thing and that she wasn’t afraid to call him out for being out of touch.

I came in here to bitch about the Amy Winehouse thing and was so glad to see it mentioned. I have a pretty sick sense of humor sometimes (my job requires me to have a bit of gallows humor to stay sane) but mocking someone who died after years of struggle is not a good look at all. It could have just been a fictional

Wouldn’t it?

I mean, the most advanced examples don’t really look like the original subjects at all.

It’s interesting, but I’m not sure what the benefit is. I would be more impressed if it created a more faithful representation, rather than as OP said, a photoshop facsimile.

I think about this everyday. On the outside I am a fairly successful attorney/writer working in nonprofit in DC. I volunteer, I went to law school as a second career late in life. I travel extensively and I’m a photographer who takes pretty good wildlife shots.

It’s so sad that the well-being of her brand was more important that her mental well-being. But, realistically, she wasn’t wrong in her way of thinking. Being open about mental illness also means being open to criticism and dealing with the stigma that mental illness still carries. How many people keep smiling on the

Many of the most successful, self-possessed, vibrant, independent women in my life struggle mightily with depression and anxiety, and go between wanting to put it all out there — listen, if I can live through this, so can you — and wanting to keep it all hidden, because showing weakness will ruin her capacity to be a

It really speaks to the need to destigmatize mental illness. Whether it’s situation depression or a chronic disgnosis, it’s part of the human condition and admitting that only makes it easier for others to talk about their experiences and realize they are not alone.

The result isn’t what’s supposed to be impressive here, it’s the process they used to reach that result. If someone taught a monkey to write Shakespeare a valid response wouldn’t be to complain that it looks like someone copied Shakespeare

Saffo said she and Andy Spade tried to help Kate check into treatment centers, but that she never went because “the ‘image’ of her brand (happy-go-lucky Kate Spade) was more important for her to keep up. She was definitely worried about what people would say if they found out.”

While i understand that a lot of thought and time has gone into the programming of this. The results look like someone just photoshooped a close enough anime head on a picture and slapped a filter on top.

They’re also turning all of their hate on Kathleen Kennedy because of course it has to be a woman’s fault that their childhood is ruined, even though she produced all the movies from their childhood. I was just thinking last night what the reaction to TLJ would have been if there was a man in charge of Lucasfilm, I

I really don’t understand the hate the movie got. I’m not a super fan or anything, but I thought it was a pretty good movie, and that Kelly was good in it. I thought the whole casino part was a bit slow, but that’s not her fault. I will never understand the people who didn’t like the shoulder brush.

Let’s be clear, these people have ceased to be Star Wars fans and have morphed into overgrown manbabies that feel threatened by a woman with any sort of power or leadership role. All the MRA nonsense aside, I still don’t understand all the hate for The Last Jedi when The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones clearly

This is why I really dig the devs at Harmonix. They’re always on the forefront of trying out cool new concepts for rhythm games, and this is definitely what I would considering being one of the most interesting products they’ve ever shown. I’m seriously considering picking a set up.
