Yes, they have that "Great Game Guarantee". Unfortunately, for people like me that preordered both Battlefield 4 and Premium, Premium does not qualify for refund. I have no interest in refund, but if I did, I'd push for them both to be refunded.

Uh, no.... PS3 and 360 games work fine without an internet connection, once they're installed. Nor do the games shut down if you lose your connection.
