Sayaka just got saved from the spear chick and that was kinda cool but..............does it get better or should I drop it? I am not a fan of dumb main characters

I think this is the main problem, not just with games but entertainment in general. They're always trying to get a specific demographic. Fuck that, if you make something thats good, people will come to it.

Yep. Just how they have acceptable losses I do to. They have their charts and sheets and they can SEE how many customers they will lose if they release the game shitty. They deemed that number to be acceptable and released the game anyways.
