idk, I liked giz for a while, but then I started to get annoyed with their semi-tech related posts, and then the whole CES thing happened. And I stopped reading them.

I've had this problem for like 5-6 years now. I actually just unsubscribed from engadget today and started reading the verge only for tech. Lifehacker, the verge and jalopnik are my top 3 tho. Sorry gawker, but gizmodo sucks. And that's my honest opinion

it's funny you mention the tower should be on the floor. Back when I was younger and really into building PC's, I used to consider it disrespectful to put the tower on the floor, and that it should have it's own spot on your desk. Did I mention I was younger?

this post should be reposted in jalopnik as well

Hell, even the EV1 was able to get a range of 160 miles on the last generation. I see this happening sooner rather than ;ater. And unless we discover cold fusion, than solar power is probably what's going to be the next power source.

in that picture with the 3 cars at the dealership, what kind of car is the white one on the left?

Toyota Highlander 2006 Hybrid; My parents own one and the thing is QUICK! I think the hybrid's instant torque helps with that, plus the fact that it's a lighter SUV (unibody; no off-roading capabilities whatsoever tho).

what you're more likely to soon see is an electric car priced $25-30k, has a range of 300 miles, and charges in an hour. I'll take that over waiting a lifetime

Civic. Notorious around here for idiotic drivers

lol I was just thinking about this same clip today, I'm sitting in my electronics class, and I realized if it takes 6 amps to kill a person, then voltage doesn't even matter very much.

I badly needed a reinstall anyway, so I loaded up my old (and somewhat sturriffic) ssd into my laptop, loaded windows 8, and threw on some drivers. Now, it runs great! The only complaint I have is the same issue with chrome and tabs, but other than that, I love it!

yea same here. If I am correct, I was first to post the Honda Cog ad
