Bear in mind, David Tenant (while extremely popular), has only been on the scene for just under a decade. Tom Baker has been prevalent for forty. I live in the state that has literally consistently aired Doctor Who than Britain, and an overwhelming majority of fans around here will cite Baker as Their Doctor.

And on the same day my S18 scarf is due to arrive. How fortuitous!

That pretty sums up my experience with the series as a whole. Saw a trailer, thought it looked stupid. Saw gameplay footage, had to have it.

*flips table* I've been wasting matches this whole time!!

The fact that he almost seems surprised by the response just amuses me greatly.

While the Dualshock 4 is a hell of a solid controller, and a huge improvement over prior Dualshocks, I'll take the plug-and-play ease of my XB360/XB1 controllers.

Haven't had a chance to sink by teeth into yet, but I just have one question.

WHY, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THINGS HOLY DOES IT DEFAULT TO INTEGRATED VIDEO RATHER THAN THE ACTUAL GPU?!

So glad Square saved this from Ubisoft. When I only knew it as True Crime: Hong Kong I had zero interest in even checking out trailers/footage. It wasn't until a friend and fell HK Cinema buff told me about this amazing looking Triad game I gave it a chance. Soooo worth it.

Not planning on picking up the re-release

That's one of the details I really liked about Alan Wake. Rather than a dive or a overly complicated roll, Alan just frantically scampers out of the way for his "dodge"

Been ages since I played DA:O and DA2, so I'm not really sure, but it's not like the fantasy genre is lacking in characters that give a huge middle finger to their society.

IT also goes completely off the rails around the last five episodes. The Kiritsugu background is really cool, but it seems like they forgot they were a prequel because they were having to much fun, and just cobble together a bullshit, hatchet-job of an ending to make it line back up correctly.

Yeah, about my response. Was good to go up until they dropped that "4gb of VRAM" shit.

Ahh, good ole Cave Shootin'

First Nemesis I encountered I dropped without too much difficulty.

As of yet I'm pretty sure it's just limited to things like skins and such, so it hasn't hampered the actual game experience or anything. Whether or not that'll continue? *shrug*

As far as I can tell, it's worked pretty damn well so far. You can't make custom skins on the console versions, so they've been selling them in themed packs (not unlike Little Big Planet)

While my findings of the fandom are more or less the same (As a whole groovy people with the "Weirdos" being an overly-vocal minority no one really likes anyway), but my experience with diving head first into a Brony convention was completely different. I was assisting as security for a guest of honor at the St Louis

I've noticed she has a tendency to harp on the Witcher series without actually acknowledging what's going on in them. In the first of these (the one where she talks about the ability to freely massacre women in open world games) she states you can in Witcher 2, though there is no way to do so (you can't draw your
