Yes! All season I’ve been thinking back to that scene at the end of the first where they came and arrested Noah. I was not able to connect the way things seemed to be in that scene to any point in this season. They never seemed like the couple who, despite all they went through to get there, were content.

I’m really disturbed about how Lamar’s story is playing out like a special episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians. I mean, I put 90% of the blame on the media, because framing it that way makes it more “exciting” for readers, but it’s just sickening.
