Is this common practice - to not tell you the “screenshot” isn’t real? Doesn’t that leave the door open to leaving out language?

The Daily Mail included that “[sic] “ in an image that was supposedly a screenshot of her text. What person critiques their own comment that way? Am I missing something or did they construct this image to look like a real screenshot?

But now everyone else knows what a fucking tool that person is, so this way everyone wins. Who are the people who liked those comments though, that’s what *I* wanna know.
