You are in for a treat, good sir. Although it was externally developed by capcom, at its core beats the heart of a true 2D zelda game. It was my first foray into the Zelda series, and I have amazing memories of playing the game on my old DS Phat in the third grade. Enjoy it ;3

I hate to break it to you, but length does not equal grandeur. Personally, I have played skyrim for 20 hours, and Zelda for 15. Skyrim, don't get me wrong, is still a fantastic game, but Skyward Sword, to me, has been more fun.
