I’ve heard it said that the models sold in America are designed more conservatively to better suit American tastes as compared to elsewhere. European styling in cars and clothes, etc. tend to better because Europeans are less conservative.

Yes the pain of the shots is intense but it is only for a few seconds, however, the pain from the drilling and grinding can be almost or just as intense and last for minutes.
