I’m a fan of Daniel Ricciardo as well...and Alonso. I became a Lewis fan the first year he started in F1 because of his immense talent and where he came from. Unlike you, however, I am not judgmental and petty and let Lewis be Lewis to enjoy his life as he see’s fit. All of your conclusions about him are your own…

What other reason is there for being a fan of someone if not because they are good at something? Isn’t that what it’s all about?

People like me are fans of Lewis’ because of his driving talent; what he does in an F1 car. I’m not really interested in what Lewis does offtrack but some are and that’s part of being a fan.

Enough PC already! Some of us like ours schools old. F1 has always had glitz, glamour and sexiness. Leave it the hell alone. Throw in a few dudes if you need to, but I don’t want to see someone in a wheelchair or with pink ribbons or the like taking the place of grid girls just to be PC. Hasn’t Bernie ruined F1 enough…

There is much more to a race than just a couple of “cars out front”. As much as I dislike the over regulation of F1, races pre 2007 or so were indeed “processional” and boring and is why things like DRS & KERS were implemented. If you find current F1 racing processional and boring than it’s just not your sport.

Lewis is more than just a “tiny bit” better than Rossberg and has 3 World Championships to prove it. Alonso and Vettle are better drivers than Nico.

He didn’t because he still wants to and can beat Seb for the #2 position for 2015. He also bloody well knows that even if he let Seb pass him he wouldn’t have passed Lewis and Lewis would still be World Champion.

I guess you never watched 9 time World Champion Michael Schumaker or 3 time World Champion and greatest F1 driver of all time Ayrton Senna race. Hamilton’s wasn’t a “dick move”...it was a World Champion move.
